January 14 Born in Kyoto Japan. Current domicile Nagaokakyo city.
1978, major debut by "Wild lady" at the Atlantic Warner Pioneer label.
Assistant DJ for “Eigo Kawashima” who is the famous singer in Japan.
Joined the all Japan live tour 10 years.
1980, learned “Hard Rock Music” at “Ms. Kyan Marie with Medusa” that used
to played at US Army Camp Hansen Rock house in OKINAWA.
Aware of the war and pray for peace, Maii released the song "Soldier of the
Starry Sky" and album "Maii Prema" that reflects her real feelings about it.
1983 Moved to Victor Records, Released "encounter and departure /On the
Beach "
1986 Released TV drama main theme song named "LIFE / Leave alone".
Broadcasted by Japan’s top TV-Station TBS. The sponsor was “KAO” that is
a top manufacturer of soap products in Japan.
1987 CM song “Cherry Cherry Rabbit / MAHARAJAH-MAHARAJAH” for “Funny”
that is a major child cloths company.
1985 Worked on numbers of CM songs for many major companies. Ex. Del Monte
tomato ketchup, Kikkoman seasonal gift, Nisshinn seifun, Mitsuya Cider &
Bireley’s, Lotteria, Fujitsu, and more and more…
Provide hit songs for top idle singers. Ex. Yoko Oginome, Akina Nakamori,
Iyo Matsumoto, Yoko Ishino, Ginko, Mikako Hashimoto.Hideki saijyo, and so on.
1990 Moved to CBS-SONY Records. Released New album “holy sorrow
(Sanctuary)”. Worked on CM song for famous rental accommodation magazine,
released “Alone / Zuru”
Currently, Madhura has worked (with SHO Amano Bass & Vocal, Dosso Junpei
Guitar, Haridas Tabla & Percussion), which continues to sing the theme of
universal love and eternal life motherhood. Madhura is central to a sense of
aspiration as if to die in the hearts of the listening claw hold.
